Japanese stocks rise for second session

Also in Japan, trucks/lorries/vans company Isuzu Motors 7202, +1.81% saw the largest drop Friday, as shares weakened 3.5%

Shares of natural gas/oil exploration firm Inpex Corp. 1605, -0.03% and shipbuilding company Mitsui E&S 7003, -1.81% dropped 3.2% and 3.2%, respectively.
