European stocks fall for third session

European stocks decreased Friday, as the Stoxx Europe 600 index XX:SXXP closed down 0.15% to 460.01.

The FTSE 100 index UK:UKX fell 0.49% to 7,562.36, the German DAX DX:DAX weakened 0.25% to 15,949.84 and the French CAC 40 index FR:PX1 declined 0.12% to 7,213.14.

The yield on the 10-year gilt BX:TMBMKGB-10Y rose 0.44 basis points to 4.239%, and the yield on the German 10-year bund BX:TMBMKDE-10Y fell 2.660 basis points to 2.38%.
